Amy Hanlon, RDN

Amy became a Registered Dietitian in 2018 after a successful career in Marketing. She attended St. Elizabeth University and received a BS degree in Foods and Nutrition. She completed her 1,200 hour dietetic internship with Sodexo. She has experience as a clinical dietitian working in hospitals, rehab facilities and long-term care as well as experience in corporate wellness settings providing  counseling, education and tabling events for clients. 

Amy “loves food” and is inspired by helping individuals achieve optimal health through wellness concepts including nutrition, physical activity, environment, education and lifestyle.  She believes in food as medicine, a personalized diet, the power of plants and protein and the use of medication and supplements when necessary.  Amy believes humans are capable of great things and that “you fail only when you stop trying.”

Amy enjoys Pilates, walking outdoors, reading nutrition articles and books, spending time with family and friends and spending time alone in prayer and meditation.
