Personalized Eating Plans

No two people have the same goals, needs, or lifestyles, so that is why our registered dietitians help you create a personalized eating plan.  An eating plan is the foundation of how you should eat to achieve your goals.

An eating plan can be created during your next appointment after an initial assessment.  Eating plans are based on your current lifestyle, eating habits, level of activity, and medical history.  You will discuss with your dietitian to understand how to count calories, the breakdown of macronutrients, and how to read nutrition labels.  These skills will help you to see how you can integrate foods you love into your eating plan.


Menu Development

The worst part of being on a “diet” is feeling restricted and not being able to eat the foods you love.  Menu development is an essential part of changing your lifestyle and improving your habits.

During a menu development session, our registered dietitians will assist you with determining the types of foods that are realistic for your lifestyle and can be applied to your eating plan.  You will never be given a menu and told to eat exactly what is on it without any deviation or variety.


Recipe Modification

Everyone has their favorite dishes and think that they have to give them up if they are trying to reach a health goal, but this is not always the case.  Our registered dietitians can help you modify your favorite recipes, whether it is Indian dishes, American cuisines, or even children’s choices.
